The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a lovely area, short walk to city center as well as the main square of Maastricht. The place had a family atmosphere. The location was stunning, the staff was very attentive. Also, City Park was 2 miles away from the venue. A wide array of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding.

We stayed here for 2 nights and truly enjoyed the place. Had contemporary standard family room with nice decorations, jacuzzi and the bedroom. The location was amazing and favourable and the free parking was on site. The lunch in L'etoile close to the hotel had every choice imaginable...

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. One of the best aspects was the complimentary coffee and tea in the room, which was a nice touch and helped us start our day on a good note.
There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy. The room design was strange, with a metal platform that we kept bumping into while walking around.

We had a delightful stay in a charming hotel located in a picturesque setting with a magnificent moat surrounding a beautiful castle. The serene grounds added to the overall ambiance and made our stay truly unique. Our room was well-appointed, the bathroom spacious and clean, and the service provided by the students was exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and we enjoyed a lovely view from our room. the hotel provided bikes for rent, allowing us to easily explore the city center.
A minor issue with the WiFi connection.

I had an amazing time at the hotel. The location was truly breathtaking, with a stunning château and beautiful garden that made for perfect photo opportunities. Although the garden was smaller than I expected, it was still a pleasant walk. It would have been even better if there were benches to sit and enjoy the greenery. The room itself was fantastic, with a cozy bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The students working at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and freshly prepared, and there was more than enough food to satisfy even two people. I will definitely be returning in the future!
No issues ☺️

The concept of students practicing on real guests is mind-blowing, and being able to watch the chefs in training from the dining area TV is super cool. The castle-like building is jaw-dropping, and the food is truly fantastic. The rooms are huge and the double bath with power showers is a real treat. The students are friendly and the hotel is a short cycle/drive/bus journey away from the city center. The location is nice and quiet, and the room and bathroom are both good-sized. The hotel also has good connections to the city center through local buses. The location itself is amazing, with the château and garden providing countless picturesque spots. The students go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the freshly prepared breakfast is delicious. The hotel's renovation of the old castle is beautiful, and the park surrounding it is really nice. The comfortable rooms and helpful young staff make the whole concept of this teaching hotel great.
